25th Annual Caregiver Resource Day Sponsored by Comfort Keepers
Being a caregiver is a hard job. No one understands this better than the hardworking and dedicated team at Comfort Keepers in Santa Clarita. This is why they have become a premium sponsor for the upcoming 25th Annual Caregiver Resource Day. This event will take place to benefit the SCV Senior Center on May 9th. The event kicks off at 8:30 a.m. and will run until 1 p.m.
There are a number of sponsors who will be on-site for this event to help seniors with their growing needs and ensure family caregivers have the resources they need to provide superior care. Some of the sponsors, besides Comfort Keepers that will be present include:
- Jane McNamara: Elder Law and Life Care Planning Firm to help seniors with the important legal issues they are facing.
- Dr. Michael Cohen: On site to discuss aging and health concerns for seniors.
- With more than 20 vendor booths on site, all staffed by experts that specialize in various aspects of caregiving, this event will be extremely beneficial for seniors, as well as their caregivers.
It is important that you register early for the event, since the seating for all these invaluable resources is limited. The cost will be $15 and once this is paid you will have access to a continental breakfast, all the vendors on site and all the resource materials and sessions.
